i then began to sew the fabric on the old shirt of mine... i used five negative issues and five positive issues all people deal with on a daily basis.

i started to write negatives and positive feelings on the red sheet and cut them out into little rectangles

for the body project i was really lost on what i really wanted to do. After a few different ideas i decided on "they were their heart on their sleeve". I took this saying in a literal context and decided to write down personal insecurities and positive things that I feel about my self. for this project I used a red silk sheet and blue thread and a old dress shirt of mine to do the project.
